5. Selection of Partners

Biz by Aroon Fintech seeks to collaborate with reputable organisations based on a range of commercial and operational considerations, which may include:

• geographic coverage;

• industry expertise;

• product offerings;

• transaction capabilities;

• regulatory status;

• financial strength;

• operational experience;

• customer service standards;

• technology integration;

• compliance standards; and

• strategic alignment.

The inclusion of a Partner on the Platform does not imply that it is the only available provider in the market.

6. Partner Recommendations

Where Biz by Aroon Fintech introduces Users to one or more Partners, such introductions may be based on factors including:

• financing requirements;

• industry sector;

• transaction size;

• business profile;

• geographic location;

• product availability;

• eligibility criteria;

• commercial relationships;

• operational capabilities; and

• other relevant considerations.

Introductions are intended to facilitate access to suitable financing opportunities and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of approval or as a recommendation that a particular Partner is the best available option.

7. No Exclusive Representation

Unless expressly stated in writing, Biz by Aroon Fintech does not act as the exclusive representative, exclusive broker, or exclusive agent of any Partner.

Similarly, the presence of a Partner on the Platform does not prevent Users from seeking products or services directly from other providers.

8. Independent Decisions

All commercial decisions are made independently by the relevant Partner.

This includes, without limitation:

• customer acceptance;

• underwriting;

• due diligence;

• pricing;

• interest rates;

• fees;

• collateral requirements;

• approval;

• rejection;

• funding amounts;

• disbursement;

• contract terms; and

• ongoing account management.

Biz by Aroon Fintech does not control these decisions.

9. Commission & Commercial Relationships

Biz by Aroon Fintech may receive remuneration from Partners in connection with introductions, referrals, successful transactions, technology services, advisory services, marketing activities, distribution arrangements, or other legitimate commercial relationships.

Such remuneration may include:

• referral fees;

• brokerage;

• introducer fees;

• success fees;

• technology fees;

• platform fees;

• service fees;

• revenue sharing;

10. No Endorsement or Warranty

Although Biz by Aroon Fintech seeks to collaborate with reputable organisations, we do not warrant or guarantee:

• the financial strength of any Partner;

• regulatory compliance of any Partner beyond reasonable due diligence;

• future business performance;

• continued product availability;

• service quality;

• pricing;

• financial stability;

• customer satisfaction; or

• suitability for a particular User.

Users should conduct their own independent assessment before entering into any agreement with a Partner.

11. Third-Party Agreements

Users may be required to enter into separate agreements directly with a Partner.

Such agreements may include:

Partners may modify their products or services at any time without prior notice.

13. Regulatory Status

Certain Partners may be licensed, authorised, regulated, or supervised by financial regulators within their respective jurisdictions.

Biz by Aroon Fintech does not represent that every Partner holds regulatory authorisation in every jurisdiction where the Platform is accessible.

14. Conflicts of Interest

15. Changes to Partner Network

Biz by Aroon Fintech may add, suspend, remove, replace, or modify its network of Partners at any time without prior notice to user.

The availability of any Partner, financing product, or service is subject to ongoing commercial, regulatory, operational, and legal considerations.

16. Limitation of Responsibility

Biz by Aroon Fintech shall not be responsible for:

• the acts or omissions of Partners;

• lending or investment decisions;

• delays in processing;

• contractual disputes;

• regulatory actions affecting Partners; or

• any losses arising from agreements entered into directly between a User and a Partner.

Each Partner remains solely responsible for its own products, services, and contractual obligations.
